  • seniors with a monthly pension over €705
  • landlords who can provide proof of monthly rentals of their property anywhere in the world in the amount over €705

Portugal D7 passive visa requirements

  • this program is open to non-EU, EEA, or Swiss citizens
  • apply for a Portuguese NIF (tax number)
  • open an account in a bank in Portugal
  • have at least €7000 in bank account. Married couples — at least €10500. These sums are minimum amounts required for you to "live on" while in Portugal.
  • provide a proof of regular passive income of at least €705/month for the last 6-12 months
  • provide proof of accommodation
  • provide proof of comprehensive health insurance
  • provide official proof of a clean criminal record
