A "passive income" visa without the right to work in Spain.
Who is eligible for the Spain Non-Lucrative visa
- People with at least 28.000€ in a savings account;
- Foreigners with a proven passive income of €2.350 or more per month:
- Immediate family members of persons residing in Spain on a Non-Lucrative Visa (NLV), provided that they have an additional €7.000 in their account (plus the minimum amount required to obtain this visa).
Spain Non-Lucrative visa requirements
- A minimum of 28.000 € in an official bank account for one year, or an official document certifying the existence of a monthly passive income;
- Health insurance with a company operating in Spain for at least one year (all the authorities of the Spanish public health system must be included).
Costs associated with a Spain Non-Lucrative visa
- For citizens of the USA - 125 €
- For citizens of Canada - 507 €
- For citizens of other countries - 80 €
- Fees for immigration specialists: from 1.000 to 3.000 €, depending on the number of applicants.
Terms of obtaining a Spain Non-Lucrative visa
- The processing time is up to 3 months. This visa will be valid for 3,5 months, during which you will need to apply for a residence permit.
