A visa for entrepreneurs, which entitles the applicant to live and work in Spain as a self-employed person together with the next of kin.
Who is eligible for the Spain Visa for individual entrepreneurs
- people who are already officially in the country (for example, on a Schengen visa) who want to work in Spain as an individual entrepreneur;
- foreigners who are ready to open a business as self-employed, which is of interest to the Spanish economy.
Spain Visa for individual entrepreneurs requirements
- the applicant's age is from 18 years;
- a valid international passport with at least two blank pages;
- the right to be in the country officially during the entire time of business opening;
- absence of criminal records both in the territory of the native country and in the territory of Spain;
- business plan with financial and economic justification of the feasibility of the business;
- work permit in Spain as self-employed;
- the applicant's entrepreneurial activity should have an economic and innovative meaning for Spain with the potential prospect of creating jobs;
- certificate of registration of the applicant as an IAE taxpayer at the location of the office or production areas (it is also possible to register at the place of residence with an indication of the total area of housing);
- a completed business registration form for each type of economic activity;
- registration in the Treasury of the Social Insurance Fund as an individual entrepreneur;
- a medical insurance with full coverage issued for a period of at least one year with a company operating in Spain (all bodies of the Spanish public health system must be included);
- confirmation on the applicant's account of the amount sufficient for living in Spain, at least 7,200 € for a year;
- availability of housing in Spain (lease agreement, certificate of ownership of real estate);
- medical certificate of the applicant's absence of infectious diseases.
