Who is eligible for the Spain Highly Qualified Work Permit visa
- Highly qualified managers and specialists with management experience;
- Specialists in high-tech and innovative industries;
- Graduates of internationally recognized business schools or universities living outside the European Union
Spain Highly Qualified Work Permit visa requirements
- Over 18 years of age;
- Official invitation from a company that operates in Spain and meets at least one of the three parameters:
- 1) the company employs more than 250 people, has annual revenues of over €50.000.000, has foreign investments and is listed on the stock exchange;
- 2) The company is engaged in a sector of national strategic importance, as confirmed by the Directorate General for Trade and Investment. The strategically important sectors are: renewable energy, communications, technology, innovation, etc.;
- 3) The company works in accordance with the socio-economic interests of Spain: it creates or plans to create additional jobs, and its activities contribute to the technological and innovative development of the country.
- A master's or Ph.D. degree from a UGE university, or an MBA from a world-class business school;
- You are offered a position as a department or division head, or your job is considered highly skilled and requires certain skills and qualifications;
- Your salary must be at least 40.000 € per year for a highly qualified professional and at least 54.000 € for a business unit manager;
- No criminal record;
- Full medical insurance for the entire period of stay.
