Who is eligible for the Spain Intra-Corporate Transfer Residence visa
- To foreign employees who are transferred to Spain for the purpose of:
2) to work in a company on the territory of Spain.
Spain Intra-Corporate Transfer Residence visa requirements
A company that transfers an employee to work in Spain must meet the following requirements:
- The average size of the company's staff in Spain is more than 250 people for at least three months;
- The net annual turnover of the company's operations in Spain is greater than €50.000.000;
- The equity capital of the company in Spain is above €43.000.000;
- An average annual gross foreign investment of €1.000.000 or more in the last three years;
- The value of the company's shares in Spain is above €3.000.000 as attested by the foreign investment register of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism.
- The age of the applicant is over 18 years;
- No criminal record;
- Formalized health insurance with full coverage for at least one year;
- Proof of employment relationship with the company within the last three months or higher education qualification;
- A document confirming the company's readiness to transfer the employee to Spain.
