Who is eligible for the Argentina Rentier Resident Visa
- foreigners who receive permanent passive income from renting out real estate;
- foreigners who can confirm a monthly passive income that is not related to the implementation of work activities (interest on deposits, rent, alimony, etc.).
Argentina Rentier Resident Visa requirements
- a valid passport with at least two blank pages;
- an official document confirming the presence of a monthly passive income of at least $ 1,500 for a family of three ($ 700-800 for one);
- documents confirming the "purity" of passive income (in the case of renting housing - a certificate of ownership of real estate, etc.);
- absence of a criminal record, officially confirmed;
- proof of the absence of offenses committed on the territory of Argentina;
- proof of residence in Argentina (rental agreement, invitation from people living in the country officially, certificate of ownership of real estate, contract for the sale of real estate in installments, etc.);
- payment of visa fee through the RADEX system.
All documents must be translated into Spanish and certified in Argentina by the Board of Translators. The documents are submitted on the territory of Argentina, which cannot be left while the documents for a rentier visa are under consideration (Russians can officially stay in the country without a visa for up to 90 days).
