Who is eligible for the Czech Scientific research visa
- Researchers;
- Professors from countries outside the EU.
Czech Scientific research visa requirements
- Official invitation from a scientific organization registered in the Register of Scientific Research Institutions, operating on the territory of the Czech Republic;
- A signed contract with the inviting research organization for a period longer than 3 months;
- Evidenced promise of the inviting party to cover potential costs of the applicant's stay in the Czech Republic in case he/she refuses to leave the country after the expiry of the residence permit;
- Valid passport with an expiration date at least three months longer than the anticipated expiration date of the work contract;
- A certificate of no criminal record;
- Visa fee payment receipt;
- Complete health insurance policy with one year of coverage.
