Visa for founders of startups, investors or foreign employees of innovative companies.
Who is eligible for the France Tech visa
- Founders of innovative startups;
- Foreign specialists coming to work in technological and IT companies;
- Investors who are ready to invest money in innovative and technological projects.
France Tech visa requirements
- Age 18 years and older;
- Valid passport;
- Business project, including a detailed financial plan for 3-5 years;
- Pre-approval of the project in France;
- Confirmation that applicant has the necessary amount of money to stay in the country.
- Officially confirmed employment contract concluded for more than three months with a company authorized to employ foreign employees on this type of visa;
- Proof of willingness to pay a salary of at least €3,200 per month;
- Invitation to a position related to technological research and innovative development.
- Proof of ownership of at least 10% of the share capital of the French innovation company in which the investment is to be made;
- Confirmation of an investment in the French economy of at least €300,000;
- Creation or commitment to create new jobs within the next four years.
