Who is eligible for the Italy Work visa
- Foreigners who have an invitation from an employer operating in Italy;
- Employees of companies that expand their activities and open a branch in Italy.
Italy Work visa requirements
- Official invitation from a company officially operating in Italy;
- A copy of the employment contract signed by both parties;
- Availability of quota for the position, for which the applicant is invited to work in Italy;
- Permission to work from the Integrated Service for Immigration in Italy - Nulla Ostra;
- Valid passport, which must be at least three months longer than the expected expiration date of the work contract;
- A completed application form for a national visa category D for work;
- Proof of residence in Italy (rental contract for at least one year or certificate of ownership);
- Educational documents confirming the required professional qualifications (diplomas, certificates, etc.).
- Full medical insurance policy with full coverage for at least one year;
- Proof of financial solvency (bank statements, traveler's checks);
- 2 photos 3,5х4,5 cm;
- Visa fee payment receipt.
