Resident visa for entrepreneur in Montenegro, giving the right to work in his company, study and stay in the country for the applicant and his immediate family.
Who is eligible for the Montenegro Residence permit for entrepreneurs visa
- foreigners coming to Montenegro to open a business or register a company for the purpose of obtaining a residence permitforeign full-time students of higher educational institutions aged 18-23 years with a conversational level of knowledge of English.
Montenegro Residence permit for entrepreneurs visa requirements
- A valid passport with at least two blank pages;
- A certificate confirming the absence of a criminal record;
- You must be a citizen of a non-EU/Schengen country;
- Diploma or other education documents (school leaving certificate) and scans of these documents, which will need to be actualized in Montenegro by apostille;
- Company registration on the territory of Montenegro, confirmed by the founding and statutory documents and tax returns;
- Bank account in the name of the company opened in Montenegro;
- Company authorized capital - from €1;
- The existence of the applicant's place of residence (rental contract or certificate of ownership), confirmed by a certificate from the Montenegrin police about the registration of the applicant at the place of residence for at least one year;
- Medical policy with full coverage for one year;
- Together with the main applicant, it is possible to obtain a residence visa for immediate family members (spouses, children).
