Who is eligible for the USA L1-A visa
- key foreign employees who are transferred to senior positions in the office of a company located in the United States.
USA L1-A visa requirements
- official translation is an invitation for the applicant from the company, or proof of the proposed promotion indicating the position, work responsibilities and salary;
- you must work for a company that has an office, branch or holding company in the USA;
- your work experience in the company for the last three years must be at least one year;
- a valid international passport that expires more than 6 months after the date of departure from the United States;
- a copy of the resume.
