Who is eligible for the USA Work EB-3 visa
- Foreign specialists with a bachelor's degree and above;

USA Work EB-3 visa requirements

- Official invitation to work from the host party;
- For foreign specialists with higher education:
- A diploma of education not lower than a bachelor's degree (or a similar level);
- Proof of compliance of the applicant's education with the position for which he is applying.
- For specialists with secondary specialized professional education:
- Documentary evidence of skills, knowledge and skills sufficient for professional activity in the inviting company in the United States;
- Continuous work experience for at least 2 years in the industry for which the applicant is invited to the States.
- For low-skilled workers:
- Work experience in a similar position from one year;
- Confirmation of the applicant's existing skills and knowledge.
