Visas to Canada:
Only citizens of the country and their relatives with a residence permit, foreigners with a work or student visa, diplomats or persons with a permit from the Public Health Agency of Canada are allowed to enter the territory of Canada. For tourists, entry is allowed only with a certificate of vaccination of one of the vaccines allowed in Canada (Russian ones are not recognized in the country).
Canada has temporarily suspended the issuance of tourist visas to citizens of the Russian Federation. Work and study visas are issued without restrictions.
Transit conditions:
Transit is allowed for a period of no more than 24 hours, quarantine and PCR test are not required.
Tickets:
Canada has banned flights of Russian aircraft over its territory, flights from Russia have been canceled. You can get into the country through Turkey, the UAE or from other European countries.
Epidemiological situation:
Entry to Canada is allowed with a negative PCR test no older than 72 hours, upon arrival you will need to do an additional PCR test and stay in quarantine for two weeks. If Johnson&Johnson, Moderna, AstraZeneca or Pfizer have a vaccination certificate, repeated PCR testing and quarantine will not be required.
